This the posest format for this Life Drawing class...

• 4 mins of slowly continuously moving pose
• 20 secs poses for 5 mins where you have no choice but to through lines on paper and make them more and more confident
• 1 min x 5 when you start using all the tools you've learned about for the last 3 years of guidance that I remind of everytime during those poses
• 5 mins x 4 or 5 to start planning and realizing what you will be doing in or out of your comfort zone
• 15 mins poses incl. one of the 1 mins poses we continue with for 15 mins, Portrait, hands and Bust.

Yoga and martial Art poses will alternate with body areas we need to practice drawing so we can all one day finish our drawings and start doing longer poses...
